There's something mysterious, lonely, yet strangly beautiful about the dirt road town in America. There's the obvious charm, but also a sense of deja vu on any given Main St. This oil painting revisits an older work of mine, in an attempt to see what I've leaned in the two years between the two. I love how this piece turned out, and I believe I captured that mystery, loneliness, and strange beauty of the dirt road town.
